Venus Self Renewal, Day 4

Day 4 of 40 Days of Venus Self Renewal: I see you. Bring to mind one aspect of your self that you are resisting right now - it likely revealed itself on your list from Day 2. An aspect that might urk you, annoy you or frustrate you. Perhaps it feels too much to even look at this aspect. Maybe this aspect is pulling at your sleeve or poking your arm (again and again until it has your loving attention!). Write down (i) how you truly see this aspect (ii) what you really think about this aspect and (iii) the way you feel about this inner aspect - without self judgement or trying to change this aspect right now. Then take a deep breathe in, and out. Write down “I see you”. And breathe that in.

Use markers, pencils or other materials to circle or highlight words that jump out for you.

The Choice is YOURS

You have a choice each and every morning, so what are you going to do today? I always choose to chase my dreams. If you don't get up and chase them, they can't come true!

By chasing your dreams, you make every single day you spend here on this earth the next greatest day of your life. Keep living your life to the fullest and chasing those dreams. Never let your dreams die or for someone to tell you that you can't achieve something. All it takes is putting your mind to something and you will achieve it. It may not be easy, but it will be worth it. It will be worth all the blood, sweat, tears and time it takes to accomplish those dreams! Just NEVER, EVER give up!

Live your life to the fullest potential and just enjoy everything you have. Material things do not make our lives special. They may help us live a better life, but the material things don't make the world go round. It's the simple, immaterial things, like love, happiness, and joy that make the world go round. Live the life you want to live. Don't live by anyone else's standards, but your own. They aren't living your life, they don't have to deal with the choices you make on a regular basis. Make your choices for you and live the best life you can live. Show the world your happiness, joy and love and just enjoy your life!

Abundance is Everywhere!!

Plain and simple, abundance is everywhere, you have to faith and believe you are worthy. Each person is worthy, but it all depends on our daily thoughts. If you really think that you aren't worthy of receiving something, then the Universe will send that right back to you and you won't be able to receive that which you wished for.

Believe in yourself and believe that you are worthy. It all starts with YOU! It's really that simple. Change your thoughts and you can change you life. I'm living proof! I've seen other people do this too. Put the Law of Attraction to work for you. Think positive and manifest the future you really want for yourself.

Tonight is a new moon. The new moon is the perfect time for new beginnings. Create that vision board, go here if you need some more help on the vision board. I've got my vision board up, but I'm going to continue to add to it as more and more dreams come to me. The more you believe and take that leap of faith towards your future, your life will become much more rewarding!

Abundance is everywhere. And what you receive is not taking from someone else. It is unlimited! Trust, believe and have faith. It's actually very simple, but as humans we make it complicated.

New beginnings start tonight!

Drop the Negativity

One of the biggest keys to achieving anything in life, whether it's what you want or not, is to let go of any negativity. If you think, "I want this, but..." you are sending out that negativity to the Universe. You are trying to manifest both the positive and the negative sides of what you want. Stop adding in the BUT. Stop doubting yourself. The Universe provides for you exactly what you want. If you continue to say, "I'm so tired of being sick", you are going to continue being sick because that is what you are putting out to the Universe. Instead, say "I'm so healthy all of the time." I always like to add in that I'm happy and healthy.

Also, when you think negative emotions - stress, sadness, depression, disgust, etc. - you are manifesting the negative. As soon as you realize those negative thoughts, stop what you are doing, release those thoughts and immediately think of something happy. I know we are all human and we are constantly thinking. We think over 60,000 thoughts a day. But the more negative thoughts you have, the more negative you are going to manifest into your life.

Remember how I said I hated my last job that I just lost? Well, I kept putting that thought out to the Universe and I do agree that that reason is a part of the reason why I lost my job. There are other reasons behind it, but I won't add that here. It doesn't relate. I put the thought that I hate my job out there for months. I also think it may be part of the reason why I couldn't find a new job. I couldn't get out of the mindset that there was a much better place out there for me, where I could love going to work again. But now, I'm only thinking about how I want to work a full time job that I absolutely love going to everyday. I'm not adding in anything else into my thoughts.

Put your positive thoughts out to the Universe. Don't doubt, don't put any buts in there, just have faith, trust and believe. The Universe is giving you exactly what you are thinking about. If you think negative, you will manifest the negative. If you think positive, but add in the negative, you'll manifest the negative. If you think positive, and only positive, you will finally manifest the positive.

Have faith, trust and believe! The Universe works for you!
