Continue using the same affirmation you started with on day 1. Remember, it can be your own or the one I'm using.
Affirmation: I love myself unconditionally. I love my body and all of
its flaws. I am unique and perfect just the way I am. Love comes to me
naturally and I know just how to share my love with those who I come
into contact with.
Step 1: Stand or sit in front of the mirror. Chant OM 21 times to help
clear your mind and raise your personal vibration. Then say the
affirmation out loud 21 times to yourself in the mirror.
Step 2: In your notebook or journal, write Day 5 as the heading, then write your affirmation 21 times.
Step 3: Spend a few minutes in quiet meditation. This can be anywhere
from 2-30 minutes, just spend some quiet time alone and enjoy the peace
and serenity that washes over you at this time.
Go about the rest of your day. If any negative thoughts come up about
your affirmation, stop, acknowledge those feelings and then just let
them go. If you need to, repeat your affirmation to yourself a few times
to help release the negativity you may have.
