Daily affirmations are a great way for you to get into the mindset of manifesting and being positive. Sometimes I also use affirmations when I'm in a difficult situation and I need something to calm me. I'll say the affirmation for a few minutes straight to myself.
You can say them throughout the day. But it is good to get into a habit of saying them first thing in the morning with your Thank You!'s and last thing at night to help put you in a good spot for both starting the day and before falling asleep.
Here are some affirmations to get your started. You can use these, add to them, or create your own. They should always be positive.
I am happy and healthy.
Abundance flows to be quickly and easily.
I am unique.
I love myself unconditionally.
I am worthy.
I am good enough to achieve my dreams and goals.
Life is so good.
I have all that I need to make it through today perfectly.
I also like to write out my affirmations first thing in the morning. I've added it to my daily ritual. By writing them, it really helps to keep them easy and simple. Plus you can actually see them in print. If you have a photographic memory like I do, you can also see the page you have written these affirmations down on later in the day to remember them when you hit a rough spot in the day.
