Attracting Money Affirmations

There are so many people who struggle with manifesting money into their lives. But what so many people don't realize is, is that the money you earn or bring home is NOT taking away the money that someone else has the potential to earn as well. The Universe has an unlimited supply of money. But so many people have the lack mentality about money and believe they will never have enough. If you are one of these people, stop with the lack mentality right NOW!! Thinking of lack will get you nowhere, but right where you already are. Think in forms of abundance and really believe it. The more you think about having abundance and having more than enough money, the more rewards you will get from the universe in forms of money.

Here is a list of affirmations to help you get started:

I enjoy spending money on my favorite things.
Money flows to me easily, freely, and abundantly.

I love paying my bills and cashing my checks.
I now attune myself to the frequency of money.
Money comes to me from the infinite source of Universal Abundance.
Just like there will always be water falling from the sky, so will there always be money flowing my way.

I always find a way to make a large profit.
I love the feeling of a stack of $100 bills in my hand.
The value I contribute returns to me ten-fold.
Money is as natural and as ubiquitous as air.
I make money in my sleep.
People love to give me money.
Wherever I go, I find an opportunity to make money.
I enjoy a healthy, generous, and abundant flow of cash.
I am in the path of the stream of money.
My positive attitude towards money attracts abundance in my life.
I love being sold a quality product or service.
Money is empowering me to live my dreams, and to help others do the same.
I always find new ways to make big money.
Someone just sent me money.
I paid all my bills and still I sit on a pile of cash.
Even as I sleep, money flows into my bank account.
I earn ridiculous amounts of money.

I absolutely LOVE affirmations. They have helped me change my life tremendously. If they haven't helped me the way they have, I wouldn't continue to preach about using them. We live in a world where money is something that you have to have in order to survive. Start using one or more of these affirmations today, believe in the affirmation you have chosen and watch your life start to change.

Daily Affirmation Challenge, Day 7

Continue using the same affirmation you started with on day 1.  Remember, it can be your own or the one I'm using.

Affirmation: I love myself unconditionally. I love my body and all of its flaws. I am unique and perfect just the way I am. Love comes to me naturally and I know just how to share my love with those who I come into contact with.

Step 1: Stand or sit in front of the mirror. Chant OM 21 times to help clear your mind and raise your personal vibration. Then say the affirmation out loud 21 times to yourself in the mirror.

Step 2: In your notebook or journal, write Day 6 as the heading, then write your affirmation 21 times.

Step 3: Spend a few minutes in quiet meditation. This can be anywhere from 2-30 minutes, just spend some quiet time alone and enjoy the peace and serenity that washes over you at this time.

Go about the rest of your day. If any negative thoughts come up about your affirmation, stop, acknowledge those feelings and then just let them go. If you need to, repeat your affirmation to yourself a few times to help release the negativity you may have.

Here are the other days in the challenge. You can start with Day 1 any day and just follow along with the rest of the days in order.

Letting Go of the Ego

As humans, we all have an ego. Sometimes that ego gets in the way when we are trying to achieve dreams and goals. There are some people who only live through their ego. And you can usually tell who these people are because everything is always all about them. This didn't go right, that didn't go right, this person doesn't belong and the list goes on and on. Noticing those who live through their ego is easy if you are not always living through you ego.

It is something that we, as humans, cannot get around. It is always going to be there, but you have a choice to let it go and not live through your ego on a regular basis. You can live through your soul and heart most of the time and life will be so much more happier positive.

As stated above by Albert Einstein, the more knowledge you obtain, the lesser your ego will be present. This knowledge pertains to life experience. There are so many people out there who really think that by being older, they are so much smarter. But there are so many of these people who really only care about themselves and no one else. They live through their ego. Making others feel bad, makes them feel good. Putting others down, makes them feel good.

You can let go of your ego, by staying positive and not believing in the negative that is out there. Really believe that the Universe is helping you and everyone else. Don't put others down, help raise them up. By helping to raise someone else up, you are raising both yours and the other person's vibration to be happier. The happier you are from achieving immaterial things, the less ego that you have present.

Daily Affirmation Challenge, Day 1

As mentioned yesterday, I want to start an affirmation challenge with all of you. This challenge will last for 21 days and then I may start a new one after the first 21 days are up.

Here is what you need: a pen or pencil, a notebook or journal and a mirror.

You will need one affirmation that you will use each day for the next 21 days. You can use your own or use the one I'm going to use.

Daily Affirmations

I personally love daily affirmations. This is a very habit to get into starting each and every day.

Saying or writing your affirmations first thing in the morning is usually the best thing you can do. It helps you set the mood for the day by doing your daily affirmations.

An affirmation is usually something that you really want to believe or have, but aren't quite at the point of achieving that goal or item.

Here are some examples of affirmations:
I am worthy.
I am good enough.
I am achieving all of my dreams and goals.
I am successful.
I am gainfully employed as _____ at a salary of $______.
Money comes to me quickly and easily.
Life is so good!
I am unique.
I love myself unconditionally.
I love my body and all its flaws.
I release all that does not serve my highest good.

Affirmations can be used to just about anything you want to achieve in your life. They must be written in the present tense as if you already have exactly what it is you are looking to achieve. One of the best ways to practice your daily affirmations is to stand in front of a mirror, and say out loud your affirmation 21 times. By seeing yourself saying it, you can see the look on your own face when you really start to believe the affirmation. You can see the joy in your eyes about having what it is your affirmation is affirming.

I personally love to write out my affirmations. I write them every single morning. Sometimes I come up with more that I need to add to my list and I just add them when I really feel that I need them to be added.

If there is one specific thing you are looking to really manifest into your life, write yourself an affirmation about that item. Then for 21 days, write that affirmation 21 times each day. Fully believe in the outcome of it. After you are done writing that affirmation, really let it go for the rest of the day. Do your best not to think about it, but if you must think about, only think positive thoughts about it. Do NOT think about not having that item. If you continue to think about the lack of that item, you will continue to manifest the lack of that item. Think about how you feel with that item. Think about how it can improve your life. Feel all kinds of positive feelings about that item, if you really must think about that item.

Join me in my manifestation/affirmation challenge. I'll post daily about this challenge and what you need to do. There will be another post introducing the challenge coming up as well later today. Let me know what areas you would really like to manifest something special into your life in the next few hours and I'll work that into my challenge posts.

Need help with some more affirmations? Leave a comment. We can come up with some together. I'd love to help you manifest your desires in your life.

The Power of Numbers

I'm sure you've all heard about the making wish when you see 11:11 on any clock. You've all seen double and triple numbers, sometimes multiple times a day. I always see 5:55 at least once a day, but usually twice each day. Multiples of 3 are very important. As well as 17 and 68 seconds. Not to mention today is 12/22. But what do these are really mean?

The power of 17 and 68 seconds are two of the most important ones I've mentioned above. If you can think about one positive thought for 17 seconds and keep that thought going the whole 17 seconds, you are starting momentum with the universe about that thought. But there is a catch with this, the thought can be absolutely anything - negative or positive - and you will get that momentum going. So you need to learn not to let the negative thoughts trip you up. Work on thinking only positive thoughts and building that momentum around those positive thoughts. Don't think about what you don't have. Don't think about negative feelings. Build on the positive feelings and emotions and what you do have and what the Universe is bringing to you. Life is so much better in the positive.

68 seconds is simply 17 x 4. So you are increasing that momentum of a positive though and keeping it going. Once you reach that 68 second mark, the Universe is really starting to work in your favor or not your favor, depending on the thought you are thinking. Again, positive thinking really is the key here. Building momentum will help you keep the positive thinking going and it will work with you for manifesting.

Multiples of 3 are very important. If you read posts on Facebook and blogs about the number 21 (a multiple of 3), you may know what I'm talking about. I've read countless times about chanting Om 21 and 108 times. This will help you clear your mind of all thoughts by chanting the word Om. I also like to write affirmations 21 times. It normally takes about 17 seconds to write out one affirmation. Repeat that affirmation 21 times and just think about the momentum you are creating. While you are writing you can't think about much else but what you are writing because you will write something wrong. So that is one positive affirmation that you have written 21 times and worked on creating that momentum.

There is also double, triple and quadruple numbers sequences that you can see on a regular basis. Each of these number sequences do have a meaning of their own, but they simply mean that something in your life is increasing and you need to remain positive.

As humans, we make things so much more difficult than they really are because our ego gets in the way. Appreciate everything you have and think positive. Learn to override your ego and live in the moment, in the present time and just enjoy your life. Everything you need is coming to you just as you need it, if you let go of the negative thoughts and the thoughts of lack.

Who Do YOU Want Others to See YOU As?

When you wake up each morning, who do you see yourself as? Who do you want others to see YOU as? What do you want to be known as when you are no longer on the Earth plane?

If you create a positive start to each day when you first wake up each morning, that will make your day go that much better. Have you ever noticed, the days you wake up grumpy, achy, "on the wrong side of the bed", nothing ever seems to go right that day? If you haven't, try it and let me know how your day goes. Pick one or the other, a positive wake up or a grumpy wake up.

It's actually really that simple. Create a morning ritual. No matter how you actually feel when you wake up, start your day with thanking God, the universe, whatever your choice is, for giving you another day and that you are grateful that your dreams are coming true. Just doing this each day will help you change the mood you already had. You are now feeling grateful for what you have in your life and what you are receiving. You can then journal your personal affirmations that you want want to affirm for the day. They can be anything from how you feel about yourself to the day is going to perfect to you are grateful for your job. Positive affirmations and being grateful will really set the tone for a great day. You can also listen to some great music that will just make you dance while you start preparing for your day.

The way you go about your day is also how others see you. You may be seeing a stranger on the street, a clerk in the store you are buying your groceries in, or even a coworker. But if you have a negative attitude towards your day, this is how these people will perceive you as a person. Change your negative to a positive and see how that changes how people react to you.

Let me know how this works for you! I love hearing these stories! Follow me on Twitter and Pinterest

What is the Law of Attraction?

Let's first start by discussing, what the law of attraction is and how it affects you.

Every time you want something and achieve vibrational harmony with it and allow it to come to you, you not only gain the satisfaction of having accomplished your desire — you also gain a whole new perspective from which to desire. - Abraham

Louise Hay, founder of Hay House, Inc., is known as the mother of positive thinking. She has said, "You have to start saying things that you feel really good about yourself. 'I love who I am. I love life. Life loves me. It's going to be smooth and easy. Life works for me.' And you just start doing that—it's planting seeds. You're not going to get it the first day, but you plant a seed and you water it and you continue the affirmations, and things start to shift and change in your life."

The Law of Attraction is about like attracts like. If you think positive, positive things will happen in your life. If you think negative, negative things will happen in your life. If you think with self doubt (I want this, but...), you will manifest the doubted thoughts. Just like Louise says, plant the seeds and continue to water them. It's just like growing a garden, it takes time for the plants to grow and blossom after you plant them. That is exactly what you are doing with yourself when you are trying to change your way of thinking to positive. Each of us is human and we make mistakes. You can't be perfect all of the time. It is a work in progress.

Excerpt from www.oprah.com - Author, life coach and O, The Oprah Magazine columnist Martha Beck says the law of attraction doesn't work at the snap of your fingers—at least not at first. "At the beginning, you have to be careful what level you are on in your consciousness when you're making your requests of the universe," she says. Martha says it's important that your thoughts are not coming from a negative place. "If you're in a fear-based place where you need and you want and you're going to die and everything's scary, none of your intentions or desires has much power."

People hoping to use the law of attraction are told to write lists of what they want to obtain, like a "love list." So why is it that some people still don't get what they want? Cheryl Richardson, life coach and author, explains that negative energy could be the cause. "I think sometimes it can be exactly what Martha said—that we're asking from a place of desperation," she says. "When you put desperate energy out into the world, you don't get back what it is you want."

Cheryl says the items on your list may not come to you right away. "I know that there's something called divine timing," she says. "Some of the most amazing things that have occurred to me in my life took longer to occur than I wanted because I needed to grow as a woman. I needed to evolve in some way."

So make your lists, make a vision board or two or three, change your thinking and water your seeds. You will begin to see your life change when you do this. It won't happen overnight, but it will happen in time.

You have to faith, trust and believe in yourself.

Start Daily Affirmations

Daily affirmations are a great way for you to get into the mindset of manifesting and being positive. Sometimes I also use affirmations when I'm in a difficult situation and I need something to calm me. I'll say the affirmation for a few minutes straight to myself.

You can say them throughout the day. But it is good to get into a habit of saying them first thing in the morning with your Thank You!'s and last thing at night to help put you in a good spot for both starting the day and before falling asleep.

Here are some affirmations to get your started. You can use these, add to them, or create your own. They should always be positive.
I am happy and healthy.
Abundance flows to be quickly and easily.
I am unique.
I love myself unconditionally.
I am worthy.
I am good enough to achieve my dreams and goals.
Life is so good.
I have all that I need to make it through today perfectly.

I also like to write out my affirmations first thing in the morning. I've added it to my daily ritual. By writing them, it really helps to keep them easy and simple. Plus you can actually see them in print. If you have a photographic memory like I do, you can also see the page you have written these affirmations down on later in the day to remember them when you hit a rough spot in the day.

Hit me up for more ideas on affirmations if you need them, or just feel free to share yours. I love getting comments and I will respond! Follow me on Twitter and Pinterest.

Meditation

I personally love to meditate. Whenever stress or something else gets to me, I try to find a place I can go to and meditate for at least 5 minutes. It really helps to relax and calm me and get me back to where I should be. Stress, depression, anger, sadness, none of that is so important that it needs to bring you down and keep you down.

Some say that meditation is hard. They can't stop the voices in their head. They can't sit still for that long. Well, unless you are an absolute pro at meditating, no one can stop the voices in their head. The key is to focus on your breath. Focus on breathing in and out. When a thought comes up, dismiss it and go back to focusing on your breathing. You don't have to sit cross legged on the floor to meditate. Use a chair, a bed, the couch, the possibilities are limitless. I like to lay on my bed to meditate. If you can't sit still, then you can't sit still. It is a not a requirement of meditation. Meditation is meant to help quiet the mind. It helps you focus and release those unneeded thoughts and stresses.

You can also find guided meditations. Youtube has tons of them. Search for a guided meditation on a specific topic that you may be looking for extra help with. These guided meditations can help make things simpler for someone new to meditation. All you have to do is follow along with the words in the meditation. It is guided for exactly what to do.

Another thing you can do is find a picture. Someplace you enjoy going to, the beach, a mountaintop, a waterfall, the possibilities are endless. Then in your mind's eye picture yourself at this place relaxing. When I'm really stressed out from work or others around me, I like to picture myself on the beach, with my toes curled in the sand, just letting all of the stress flow out of me and the serene calmness of the ocean and beach flowing into me.

Share your meditation journeys, I'd love to hear about them. Follow me on Twitter and Pinterest.
